The Wine Estates
The Château de la Cour estate produces three high-quality red wines based on the richness of the Libourne region and the blending of its fabulous grape varieties: merlot and cabernet franc.
Saint-Émilion and Saint-Émilion Grand Cru are produced every year, while specific years, known as exceptional, give rise to a special cuvée called “Le Joyau”.
Saint-Émilion Grand Cru
This wine reveals all its power and character with 90% merlot and 10% cabernet franc, and 12 months of maturing in French oak barrels.
A tasty blend of red fruits, subtle vanilla aromas, and tannins also bring balance to this long-keeping wine.
Saint-Émilion
This wine shows great finesse and purity of the fruit. This wine shows great finesse and purity of the fruit. The blending of 90% merlot and 10% cabernet franc reflects the successful origin of the Saint-Émilion cru.
According to your tastes and desires, you can enjoy it now or later for it has excellent cellaring potential.
Lalande-de-Pomerol
This prestigious cuvée is produced only in exceptional years and in a small volume of 1,500 to 3,000 bottles. Therefore, we select the most excellent plot of merlot. Maturing is exclusively performed in new French oak barrels for 12 months.
This cuvée expresses the lovely intensity and softness within its deeply intense colour. This wine, composed of 75% merlot and 25% cabernet franc, conveys voluptuousness and elegance on the palate.
